Re-Born need to protect the Unborn

Did our 

“Christian Group (church),” 

up the street get it wrong?

Believe me we have dealt with this “Church” many times since moving to Central Florida.

After looking up the phrase in a bible I see that Gods saying was cut short for their own use, 

something that their Christian frowns on!

Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."

God was talking to Jeremiah 

because 

‘he will become a profit of God’!

“Before I formed thee”: This is not reincarnation; it is God’s all-knowing cognizance of Jeremiah and sovereign plan for him before he was conceived 

(compare Paul’s similar realization, Gal. 1:15).

This is the Word of the LORD. 

The LORD called Jeremiah to prophesy, even before he was born. 

His sole purpose in life was to prophesy to Judah. 

This is very similar to the call of John the Baptist. 

They had no private life at all. 

Their lives were for the purpose of God to be fulfilled. 

The LORD not only called him to prophesy before he was born, but set him aside for the purpose of God (sanctified him), before he was born. 

We remember from the book of Luke, that John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost in his mother's womb. 

This is a very special call. 

The LORD did not want Jeremiah weighted down with worldly things. 

He separated him for a purpose. 

Jeremiah did not choose to be a prophet. 

God poured out His Spirit on Jeremiah and ordained him for this purpose. 

Notice that Jeremiah was to prophesy to the nations (plural), not just to Judah.

Deuteronomy 4:2 2Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Deuteronomy 12:32 32See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.

Proverbs 30:5-6 5"Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. 6Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.

Revelation 22:18 18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.

The definition of true religion is found in Micah 6:8. "He hath showed thee, O man, what [is] good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?"

He (GOD), still calls them Jacob, which is speaking of all twelve tribes of Israel.

Abraham, Isaac, Jacob (Israel)

Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin.

Today's Israel (Jews), God still calls Jacob!
